In Hindu mythology, Shani dev is the God of Saturn and a powerful and revered deity that symbolizes justice, karma, and discipline. Perhaps depicted as a dark, fearsome figure riding a crow or vulture, he is associated with the balance of effects of one’s action—rewarding the worthy and punishing the wicked. Shani has also regarded as shutter of the Navagrahas (nine planets) in this world and it is assumed that he determines one’s fate in this world and makes your fortune better and certainly, Shani plays a big part in one’s life primarily during the time of Shani Sade Sati, which is known for challenge and learning for your spiritual growth and development.
